I shop at Montags all the time and I never had any problem with any of the furniture or accessories. I just bought a chair from them and I got to pick out the fabric I wanted, they were very polite about helping me and I wasn't rushed into anything I didn't want. The parking is great , all the people were very helpful and I took my time looking around with out any pressure, like some stores get right in your face trying to sell you something. I highly recemmend Montags to everyone. They also have good hours and late night on Thursdays thats a plus for me. plus they have lots of lamps to choose from. They are really good people.

I do not possibly understand what the first person is talking about. My experience with the staff and environment in the store/service was outstanding. I had purchased a sofa about 2 years ago, and they offered to honor the warranty past the normal timeframe due to extenuating circumstances. They actually came out to my house and replaced the defective parts in my own home! The service was outstanding and the staff was warm and friendly. I cannot due justice to the business in this tiny little box! I will never go to another home furnishings store again!
