I was referred to Petal n Glass for service of my wedding flowers. I went over all instructions with my Coordinator, and Julie who took my order. The bouquet I wanted was to be a Casdade bouquet; measured from my waist to my knee, spray roses, bears grass, full in size, etc., Anything but babys breath, and Ivy. My selection and specifics were gone over several times with Julie. I even increased the price of my bouquet so that I could get what I thought I would be getting. How disappointed I was being the Bride to find on the day of my wedding my bouquet was nothing of what I imagined it to be. The length was all wrong; it included the Ivy I did not want, there was barely any spray roses which increased my cost initially, and the size barely changed from the sample size I was shown. I even supplied a photo of the bouquet I wanted. When discussed after the wedding, Julie seemed unconcerned. Julie stated that my photo bouquet would have cost more ---- but of course, that was the reason for the increase initially. The communication was not there. Julie could have discussed the matter with me prior to my wedding. A word of advice to Julie would be to Please take the time to Listen, and give the customer what they want, especially after a 'Vitual' was given. Sometimes price is not a factor. ---- Dispite the "Bad Bouquet" the wedding was a success!!
