People who don’t understand Fashion need not put an opinion on here. Heidi is a very sweet lady who works hard. She works around the clock and even though her prices seem high, she doesn’t make a whole lot based on the amount of work she does. People think you snap your fingers and it’s done, that is not the case. Being a Fashion Design major in college, I have seen it all. I have worked with some of the best designers in the world and Heidi knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable of the subject. If you want something done right go to her. She’s the best tailor in the Cincinnati area. Just remember Fashion takes time and money if you want it done right. If not go to somewhere that is cheap and fast and see what you get.

Pros: Everything

Cons: If want want it cheap and sloppy this is not the place to come.

I have to agree with Blackbuddy...Heidi's has lost their "touch." I brought my fiancée's work jackets in for relining at the end of May and was told that they would be ready by the 8th of June. It is now the 15th of August and the work is just now completed. And she's expensive to add insult to injury. Time to look elsewhere for promptness and customer service.

Pros: Used to be prompt and great work....however, No "Pros" anymore.

Cons: Sadly, everything is a "Con" about Heidi's anymore.

Heidi is great. Her work is top notch. Expensive maybe, but she'll treat you right, especially if she does a big job for you and you need some smaller alterations done later. I took a friend's wedding dress in for a massive alteration and she did a beautiful job, hand sewing all the beads back in place, and without cutting an inch. She also had some suggestions that made it fall better. The dress looked beautiful on the day! Heidi is also very sweet. I wish I had more work for her!

Pros: and its by the dilly deli and a salon. make you errands fun.

Cons: mariemont is a little out of the way for some folks.

Heidi's Needles and Threads offers high prices for poor service. The owner does not stay until closing and does not deliver services within the committed timeframe. The owner does not understand accountability when performing services for busy professionals.

Pros: Location

Cons: Customer Service and Value
