My car was stolen, and when the police found it, had damage to the passenger window, door panel exterior and steering column. Jerry Ernst Auto Body was recommended by a friend, so not knowing of anyone else to trust I took my car there. I did not have rental car coverage with my auto policy, and was happy to be loaned a car for the couple of days it would take to repair mine. OK, so it wasn't a Porsche, but it was wheels that got me around. When I got my car back, everything looked like it should, and my car was ready to roll. The only complaint was (and I know this is hard to get rid of), I still found pieces of glass for a few sweepings. They might want to teach the people that clean the vehicles that those little pieces go everywhere. Otherwise, I was happy with the service and follow up and to get my car back just like it should have been. The extra service was very appreciated.
Pros: Good care, everything is in their hands
Cons: A little more cleanup of the broken glass.
