This place was attrocious! I had heard all kinds of things about this place, more about the area actually, but some had said i needed to stop by here and others stay away! i wish i had stayed away! This site forbids any specifics, however,in a politically correct way my food was TOTALLY unnacceptable by any health standards...and it was addressed in such a flippant way that i was basically expected to act as everything was fine and be "hush hush" about it! i have since made sure to tell every friend and family member i have to stay away from there for their own good!
Pros: convenience
Cons: disgusting

This was a lovely place to hang out at with intelligent students and graduates of UC. In recent years, I've seen fights, attempted stabbings, shootings outside the establishment and the beergarten and lower section have become meat markets on steriods. I don't think the staff or Christy is taking full care of their patrons and it is only a matter of time until something drastic happens at this establishment. It is a bacchanalian pit of despair now. The guys look for fights, the women are pretentious and they only have one pool table and it smells downstairs. Odors, bad attitudes and danger don't make a good restaurant/bar. Sorry.
Pros: Bengals games on Sundays (maybe)
Cons: Might get mugged in the parking lot

One of the few and certainly the best german restaurant in town. Its strangwe that a town so well known for its German Heritage would have so few authentic German Restaurants. Lenhardt's is one of the last surviving icons of an age gone by. There was a time when none of the waitstaff spoke English as a first language (If they even spoke it at all). The younger generation has taken over and opened a presence for the younger crowd around back called the Ratskeller, but the food here...The Schnitzels that they are known for are second to none. If you find yourself in Cincinnati with a hankering for German food, go and check them out. They are very convenient to downtown. Two Thumbs Up!!
