We try to pop into Echo at least once a month- their omletes nurse hang-overs fabulously and the servers are always cheerful ladies with a lot of charm. There is always an avaliable copy of the day's newspaper and you're guaranteed to recognize at least one smiling face at the bar. Service is quick and attentive. Although I have only gone for breakfast, the menu has great home cooking and it is always an enjoyable and comforting experience.
Pros: Quick service, friendly, comfortable
Cons: For a casual atmosphere, breakfast can run up to $15-20, parking, waiting on weekend mornings
