Homegrown ice cream franchise offers familiar flavors and new favorites since 1870.

In Short
While this beloved chain also makes candy and cakes, customers usually come to the shop for the fresh, ultra-rich ice cream, which ranges from traditional flavors to the more unique black raspberry chip and Buckeye Blitz. Trademark chocolate chip ice cream is made by pouring melted chocolate into ice cream batches, so there are large, irregularly shaped chunks of rich chocolate rather than chips. Fruit sorbet is also available.
- Pros: homegrown spot
A cutting edge, multi-venue facility for art of all kinds.

One part of the Aranoff Center, Procter & Gamble Hall is a major venue for the Cincinnati Arts Association's programs, home to local Broadway Series presentations, Cincinnati Ballet productions and special speakers. The intimate Jarson-Kaplan Theater serves as a stage for smaller arts groups like the Contemporary Dance Theater and Ovation Theatre. The "black-box" Fifth Third Bank Theater is a haven for adventurous, experimental groups, and the Weston Art Gallery showcases equally provocative artists.

Graeter's Ice Cream reminds me of making Snow Cream during an earlier time in history. Knowing where to not find that 'yellow snow'. Living in Louisville now, I can still experience the same feeling as Graeter's is here in several locations.
- Pros: Great Taste, Large servings, Clean
- Cons: Long waits, Irritable customers
BEST ICE CREAM
by ccameron
I always order my pies for the holidays from Graeters and they are great! The prices compare to what you would spend at Krogers! The ice cream is very good!
Yummy!!!

I can't believe that Cold Stone Creamery was voted #1! Graeter's is by far the best ice cream in the city.

Then you must check out Graeter's Ice Cream! Scoops are big, flavours awesome and toppings galore. More expensive than others, but well worth it!
- Pros: Variety, Many Locations
- Cons: Expensive
Simply the best ice cream in the country
by jharris
Creamery over Graeter's. No Way! Plus Graeter's is less expensive believe it or not.
nectar of the gods
by Barbiebier
Regardless of the flavor of ice cream you select, enhance it with the Nectar topping. It is red, but not Marascino cherry juice- it has more flavor & body. By the way, the portions on a sundae are huge!!!
- Pros: close to expressway e, not in a mall
