Sonny's RV Repair Service has been my blessing since I purchased my first rv 10 years ago. I love camping but I hated the tents so I bought an RV. As a single woman, I was extremely apprehensive about making such a big purchase and wondering if I could maintain one by myself. Sonny and Mary Cay Berry, the owners of the business, helped me find the best deal on a used RV. They were able to store my RV for me because I am not allowed to keep it in my neighborhood. Their storage rates were not only affordable, but Sonny's friends patrol the lot often and there have been no break ins, etc. in the 10 years I have been with them. Sonny and Mary Cay have repaired my rv, explained and even took pictures of the repairs as they were done so that I could see exactly what was wrong and what they did. When I had a mishap and called my insurance company, I told them I wanted Sonny to do the repair and he was #1 on their list of recommended shops in the area for reasonable rates and excellent work. They have gone far beyond what was necessary for me, showing me how to maintain my rv, advising me of certain situations that other places might have capitalized on and treating me with the utmost respect, even though I am very clueless about so many things that concern my rv. They have been so much more to me than just a repair place. They have treated me as if I were family - always helping me no matter how big or small the need. There's nothing Sonny and Mary Cay can't fix! They rule!

I was so overwhlemed by the level of service from a mom and pop company, I am telling everyone. Sonny and Mary Cay Berry are the owners, operaterors and everything else that goes on in a company. They do it all and at a price the big boys can not get near. My service was quoted by 3 other RV centers and Sonny's was $825 less. Sonny's remindes you of and old filling station ( you know where they use to put air in your tires, check under your hood and wash your windsheild while you were getting gas). I knew how much and when My Rv was to be ready and the cost was not more then Sonny had given the estimate for. These are GOOD people doing GOOD work and that is hard to find in this day and age of Mega stores and over charging.... Bottom Line, if you have and RV and live near Cincinnati you would be missing out on a GREAT service experience.
Pros: Hometown feel, Honest, Timely, Value and Knowledgeable
Cons: Not Shiney Polished New
