After moving to the area from Indiana I was looking for a good place to do my hair. The experience was great. The ladies were very nice and listened to what I wanted. However I was caught off guard during check out, I wasn't informed that getting my hair washed after the dye was going to cost extra. They should really let you know before hand that something is going to cost extra and give you the option to take it or not.

Michele was outstanding. She understood what I wanted without a lot of detail. The cut exceeded my expectations, and was probably one of the best cuts I have ever had. Before I left the salon, I was asked if I was pleased with my cut. I was provided with a number to call to reschedule or if I had any concerns after I got home. I received a follow-up call several days later to assure I was satisfied with the cut and the service. I highly recommend Michele - she can work miracles!

Pros: Parking was convenient, no wait with a scheduled appointment, very relaxed atmosphere

I have been to several of the more upscale salons in the area and I can tell you that Bajon is by far the most attentive to the client. This is so refreshing considering that you can sometimes run into pretentious attitudes in some of the nicer salons, but that is definitely NOT the case here. Everyone is so friendly! I have been there four times so far to see Brianne and she is so nice; she really takes the time before she begins to listen to what I want. As soon as you walk in you are greeted promptly and they made me feel very at home every time I visit. I have had the works: colors, cuts, a facial AND waxing...all were outstanding and I left feeling refreshed, happy, and looking great. Overall, I would highly recommend Bajon for someone wanting to try a new salon with a high standard of service.

Pros: Great service, clean, friendly, professional

Cons: I can't take my stylist home with me!

I relocated here several months ago and used Citysearch to find a top salon. Bajon came with such glowing reviews that I gave it a try several weeks ago. Many of the staff are quite young - my manicurist/pedicurist, while decent, was not what I was paying for. She was new to the industry and I wanted someone with more experience (who would have done a more thorough job) for the price of the visit. The bad experince came with the brow wax - after a 2 second consultation, I was left with horrible, tadpole brows that do not exist in nature. My waxer in my previous city took the time to recommed a shape based on my face - not here. Everyone gets the same brows I suspect. I politely indicated this was not what I expected and it was not ok. Anyway, she offered to comp the wax, which she should have done, even though I would be bald for the 4 weeks it would take to grow out. After, however, she tried to renege on that comp and offer me a free wax NEXT time. Well, I was never letting her near my brows again! That felt "cheap" to me, particularly because I was receiving a few hundred dollars in services that day. Regarding the salon - it's ok. But, it's not the "upscale" posh salon Bajon would like you to believe. Let's not kid outselves, it is a suburban salon with fake wood floors and soccer mom clients (no offense soccer moms). That is not upscale to me. I will keep looking.

Cons: Inexperienced staff, bad wax!

I have just recently recieved my waxing services at bajon, they treated me with the upmost friendliness and offered me coffee and greeted me as soon as I steped foot in the door. As I recieved my waxes they used clean sticks, strips, and tweezers they took the tweezers out of disinfectant and put them back after use. They would use new sticks everytime they put it in the wax. I have never been to a salon where they took care of the tools and used cleanliness. I will be back for many services in the future! THANKS BAJON!

Waxing was poor, lacked cleanliness. The salon used tweezers that had been used on the prior customer and they had not been cleaned - gross. Also not good value for money, very expensive for quality of results.

Ive been searching for a salon since I moved here last July. I have tried many salons and was not impressed. when I visited Bajon Salon I knew right away I LOVED it! My experience from the smile and coffee I got walking in to the menu with coupon in it walking out was extra special. I was having a stressful week and had to pack for vacation. My pedicure is just what I needed and it was sooo relaxing!! Thanks Michelle ill be back!

When I moved to Cincinnati from New York, I didn't know where to go and who to trust my hair to. I looked on Citysearch and found Bajon. Although the person that used to cut my hair is no longer there, I continued to go back and couldn't have been happier with my new stylist, Michelle. They use great styling products and offer many services in one area. I couldn't be happier every time I leave Bajon Salon!

I had visited the Bajon Salon for the first time in November and had the hairstylist was Lisa. She was great and made me feel so welcome. She had suggested many different ideas to me about how to wear my hair and suggested a different color would enhance my facial features. I was so pleased with the outcome. At work the next day so many co-workers asked were I had my hair done. I felt good about the color choice that Lisa made and the cut was great..... Thanks to Lisa and Bajon for the outstanding service!

Pros: Warm welcome and friendly staff-and parking was so convent.

I am new to the area and was dreading looking for a new hair stylist, but Michelle did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted. I will definitely be returning. The salon is high class but down to earth and comfortable too.
