We've been going to GHA in Mason and Kenwood for 10 or more years. My kids see the doctors in Mason. We love them!!! It's close to home, we can usually get appointments when we need them and overall I am very satisfied.
Pros: Convenient, Excellent Doctors, Friendly Nurses
Cons: Sometimes waiting room time is too long

GHA IS THE WORST FACILITY I HAVE EVR BEEN TO . DR. ANITA SAINI IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND NON CARING DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. HER STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND NEVER FOLLOWS UP PROPERLY. GHA BILLING AND CODING IS THE WORST. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THEIR BILLING AND I HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THEM AND MY INSURACE TO HAVE BILLING CORRECTED ON ONE INSTANCE BUT THEY DONT SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT. THEY DO NOT AGREE OR EVEN APOLOGIZE AT THE MISTAKE THEY MADE. MY DAUGUHTER'S HEALTH WAS PUT ON STAKE BY THEIR DOCTORS WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENG ANY ONE TO GHA.
