Awesome place when it comes to laptop repairs.

I say that Lapteck is awesome because my dog knocked my laptop off the coffee table. The laptop screen had these lines and splotches through it, the dog did not know. I was really upset, and someone told me about Lapteck. I went there and was told they could help me. After a few days I had a new screen, did cost a nice penny but it was worth it after all.

• Cons: It does take some time to get the service done.

Great place to have your laptop serviced

I brought my laptop in for service to Lapteck, Inc. The service was excellent. My laptop needed a Lcd screen and a hard drive. The service department told me it would cost me for to repair my laptop then what it was worth. I was able to go to the sales department and trade up even though my laptop was broke. This means so much to me when someone cares that I could throw my money away. I would highly recommend Lapteck, Inc. for all future sales or service.

BEWARE

They are horrible! They had my mom's desktop 3 times and the first problem was they installed the wrong OS and insisted that it was not their fault. They refused to fix it without further payment when it was their mistake. They were rude when answering the phone and transferred me all over without telling me. They have nothing but complaints on the web and they do not take ANY responsibility for their actions. I have to pick up the desktop on Saturday and take it somewhere else to get fixed. Don't go!

The black hole of repair shops

I will never again leave a repair job for this place. They have had my daughter's laptop for seven months, and havc never called me about it. Whenever I call them, I am put on hold for five minutes and then cut off. I visited the shop and spoke to the service manager, who found the untouched laptop and promised to have it checked and to call me within a few days. That was three weeks ago.

I just phoned again, and as usual was put on hold and then cut off. I am now going to drive there, pick up the unrepaired laptop, and never return.
