I love going to Cura Bella! I have just recently been a regular customer and frequently stop by to just say hi when I am out on a walk with my daughter. All the hairdressers are friendly and the place has such a fun, up beat vibe. The girls working the front desk are very personable and helpful. I have found my salon for life!

Although my wife seems to be more into "salons" and "beauty" treatments, I found that Cura Bella was a great place for me. Everyone is very nice and are always willing to accomodate my busy schedule (and its changes). Monica Tuck does a great job for a great price! Just all the way around a really nice experience!

Curabella is the only salon I would go to in Cincinnati. It's cool yet quaint, and the staff is as friendly as they are talented. I have been to stylists in New York and DC, and Monica at Curabella smokes them all! She always works hard to find the look that's right for me while at the same time keeping my hair modern and current. I look forward to each visit, and encourage anyone looking for a new salon to give them a try!

I have been going to Elana for years and followed her to Cura Bella when she moved there a year or so ago. She does an amazing job, and we have the kind of relationship where she doesn't even ask me what I want anymore - she just cuts for me, and I always love the results! I would highly recommend her!! The salon itself is a cute little place with a friendly staff. I have also heard great things about Bella who does the facials, etc., although I have not gone to her myself yet!

Pros: Convenient location, great staff, cute salon!

Cons: No onsite parking - need to park in metered spot outside (however, the staff will keep your meter fed for you!)

I recommend this salon, and particularly Monica, all the time. I'm not the easiest client to please and for years I've searched for a stylist who listens to me. Monica is patient, friendly and a true professional. My 20-year-old daughter goes to her as well and has recommended many of her friends to Cura Bella and Monica. All the stylists there are friendly, courteous and clearly care about the comfort and satisfaction of their clients. The pleasant atmosphere lends itself to a sense of spending an hour or two with friends and family while being totally pampered.

Jim and Cura Bella offer big city style and comfort at fair and reasonable prices. Jim has been cutting my hair for years and, whether my hair is extremely short, extremely long or somewhere in between, he always has a great attitude about trying to make me look and feel my best. Jim makes every effort to make clients comfortable while at Cura Bella, but especially when you leave with your new look. He can be adventurous-and is usually right-on with suggested changes that seem to result in unsolicted and sometimes unexpected compliments. My entire family and many friends go to Jim and all love his work- my sister who lives in the NYC area still gets her haircut at Cura Bella by Jim! Jim and Cura Bella are a must in Cincy.

I would not suggest for anyone to go to get any services completed at this salon. I am a friend of a girl that went there often, and she suggested to me last minute to go have my hair trimmed. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I have always worn my hair on the short side, and just needed it trimmed, I prefer a woman to cut my hair, but it was in the evening and the women stylists were busy so a man named Jim was available. He was friendly, but I noticed while he washed my hair the sink was dirty, and a back room was also dirty with dishes and hair products thrown together. I asked for a trim, he insisted on a "new look", which I was not looking for, but reluctlantly let him do, and I was upset when he finished. My hair was gone!!!!!! There was not a style to it, he saw my expression of not being satisfied and just made a sarcastic remark and laughed it off. I was not happy!!! On top of that, he charged a high price for a short amount of time he took to remove all of my hair. I will not suggest this place to anyone................

I absolutely love this salon. I love the atmosphere there. Everyone there is professional, yet very friendly. My twin sister recommended that I go to Jim for a haircut. I trust him completely when he recommends the kind of cut I should have, what color highlights, etc. He is very down to earth, friendly and and makes you feel so at ease. I also like the little touches there - they make sure to add money to the parking meter, if needed. If you're there for a long time, they always offer a beverage or something to read. Jim is the best stylist I've ever gone to, as well as being a really nice person. My 16 year old daughter loves Jim cutting her hair, too. She and I will remain loyal customers for many years to come. If you want a great haircut and a great atmosphere, please try this salon.

Bella is the best! She uses Yonka products. Deep cleansing and relaxing facial! I visted on a Friday in afternoon. Great extractions!
