I purchased a dell 610 from here and the model I went in for was not working properly they upgraded me to the 610 and I am very happy with the store the service and my laptop.

Best laptop, Great customer service

My Laptop Hotspot experience was great. They answered all my questions and had the best prices and the best quality laptops. I ended up purchasing a D610 that I am very pleased with and will do much more than I ever expected a laptop would do. The person that was running the store was very friendly and concerned with my needs of a laptop.
