Being a guy, I was nervous about going into a spa but the staff made me feel at ease. I had a massage and a manicure scheduled. I was nervous about getting a manicure, since I had never had one before. The nail tech quickly reassured me that many men get nail services. I'm not quite sure that that alone was enough to relax me but hey what the heck I was there and my girlfriend said I needed some serious help with my nails. I have to say, that I would definetly do it again, it was just as relaxing as my massage. The staff was very down to earth and friendly. I'll be back!

I've been to many spas as I travel frequently for work. This place felt like I was on vacation. The atmosphere was outstanding. I was there for my birthday with a friend of mine. We had massages and when we were done they had these beautiful chocolate deserts with flowers waiting for us in their 'living room' where we sat before and after our services. I'm not sure if they do this for everyone or if it was just for my birthday...but whatever! Then we had pedicures in our own private nail rooms (it was nice not hearing a bunch of people talking while I was trying to relax). I will definately be back. Much better than anything else I've seen in Cincinnati. My only complaint was that the parking garage was hard to find (it's kind of hidden behind the building). Overall a great experience.

This spa is unlike any other that I have been to locally! From the second you walk in the door, you notice all of the small details that have been put into place to make this the most relaxing environment. The facial and massage that I received were fabulous, and I was even able to sit in their "quiet room" and relax until I was ready to change and go back out into the world! I won't go anywhere else now!
Pros: Wonderful ambience, skilled and friendly service, excellent retail products
