i have been a few high end spas in Cincinnati and Avalon is the most posh and friendliest I have tried. I had the eminence facial with Gayle (love the footbath!!!) and not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, her touch is divine. Then I had a spa pedicure and manicure with Marilyn. The foot mask that tingles-boy did I need that-and they were flawless! I really appreciate the lack of snooty attitude there.even though their facilities are much more high end than some others, they treat clients like royalty. i will definitely return as soon as possible!

best facial ever! gayle did my brazilian and underarm wax and then my eminence facial. everything from the time that i went in until i left was perfect. will be going back for facials in the future as well massage. LOVE. la bella needs to take some lessons from them

I had a very different conditioning treatment from Rosina complete with a scalp massage.....My hair felt like silk when she finished. My experience was all around fabulous! I would recomend Avalon to anyone who wants a-list treatment but can feel at home unlike other high end spas in cincy.
Pros: ambience,service, and Kerastase products

I have had a great experience at this spa. Beautiful facility, great service, and the best facial I have ever had-she treated me like a queen! Very relaxing and foot soak was a fun surprise :) I have been to many spas and this is my favorite by far.
Pros: friendly, professional, and experienced staff
Cons: wish I could afford to go more often but worth the splurge!
