horrible eyebrow wax experience

I went to this salon because it was close and it was an aveda salon, also the prices seemed a little more reasonable than some of the surrounding salons. i went to get an eyebrow wax. i told the lady that i did not want them thin at all. however, after much waxing and plucking they looked like someone had penciled them on. i am so angry and will never go back again. in the end i ended up saving $2 and will have to spend months growing them back to where they were.
