The Supercuts in the Newport shopping center isn't the best place to get a haircut. Even though they are cheaper than most other shops in the area, this location is understaffed and they often rush to get your haircut done without regard for whether the customer is happy with the results. They have very high turnover, which means that when you find someone who does a good job, chances are they won't be there when you return for your next haircut. The location in Florence is a much better option if you're looking for a cheap haircut in Northern Kentucky.

PROS: Inexpensive

CONS: Understaffed, Poor Service

I went in for a highlight and cut...great job done!! Very happy with service and she helped me find a product for my hair so I dont burn it up with my flatiron!! Thanks!!!
