I went to the dental center of florence with my daughter - who is 13 years old. We both saw Dr Laws - he was very nice and my daughter really liked him. Luckily, she didn't have any cavities. I got my teeth whitened - they look so much better now - I wish I'd have done it a long time ago. Our family will continue to go to this office - everyone was so nice to us.

Pros: Very nice people.

I liked the dentist that I saw. She was very nice. They charged less than my last dentist. She did a good job. I will keep going to this office.

Pros: Got in and out fast. Good Price.

The Dental Center of Florence has great dentists. They were very nice. I shopped around for price and found them to be among the lowest. They gave several options for my treatment and my budget. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely go back. They did not try and sell me something I didn't need. They are extremely easy to get to - immediately off of I-75.

Pros: Great prices - High Quality - Very Friendly & Fair

Cons: Not always open on weekends.

i was really surprised to read the bad reviews.i have nothing bad to say about dental center of florence. i have nothing but good experiences with them. when i had my teeth extracted the assitant was so great she held my hand and really helped me though a very agonizing experience. after that the dentist was very concerened not only about the fit of my dentures but weather i was happy or not with the apperence of them. of course they will not fit perfect at first and they tell you that . i takes about six months for the swelling to go down. your alternative to that one time reline is to go without teeth for six months and that is made clear up front also. however they remade my whole set over with no cost to me because the doctor didn't feel they did me justice. they also went way over the call of duty after i had them for a year to make me happy with them at no additional cost. my father was the one who recomend them to me, after he got his dentures there. his were perfect from the start. he never had to have one adjustment and they look great. and mine look great. thanks dental ceter of florence. ps the prices are also great

As a patient at the Dental Center of Flroence for the past 5 1/2 years, I have had nothing but great experiences! All of the staff is soooooo friendly and caring. They never seem to judge me, or lecture me. They ask me questions about my life and my family. I have never been to any other office that seems to have more fun working either. Everyone that works there get along with each other, and help each other when needed. As far as waiting time, yeah sometimes there is a long wait, but not all of the time. They don't turn anyone away, they want to help everyone that needs help. The wait is totally worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the Dental Center for the first time today. I immediately felt at ease with the modern, but not overdone, furnishings. I am not a fan of dental offices, yet this one was very comfortable. The receptionist was extremely courteous, listened and explained things very well. We are talking 8 am on Tue morning and she had a smile and cheerful disposition. After filling out the paperwork (name, address and other personal details) I waited to be called to an exam room. The wait seemed a tad long but what is to be expected with no appointment. When I was taken to an exam room, the dental technician was very pleasant and attentive. She listened to what I would like to have done, made notes, took an X-ray and the various other chart creation required. Very talkative, courteous and friendly. Made me feel very at ease. I noted that all of the staff referred to patients by the first name. Again, somewhat relaxing and continued taking the edges off. The Dr. came in and did an exam. Very nice individual. She reviewed my wishes and suggested a very acceptable alternative plan to my wishes. Once we agreed, the Dr. proceeded with execution of the plan (extraction of 6 front teeth) while continuously inquiring about my comfort. After completion of the work, it was explained what my restrictions were and how to care for my mouth. They provided me with a plan to complete some rather extensive work to provide dentures for me. Will I return? ABSOLUTELY!!

Pros: Comfortable waiting area, friendly staff, first name basis with me.

Cons: Really didn't experience any.

I've only had a couple of visits to the Dental center. The service was fast and very friendly. It was very easy to find the office off the exit. From my experience, the staff was like a big family and included me with first name basis and smiles. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!!

I have had several procedures at the Dental Center fo Florence Ky, including fillings and a crown. The assistants were very pleasant and explained things thoroughly. The doctors were gentle and nice. I will reccomend this office to all my friends and family.

i experienced the same problems at dental center of florence, theyu were ok at 1st but then they did act as if you put them out and my dentures are misaligned on the bottom and then they were nasty to me because i complained about it, i am not accostomed to being put in a situation like this and i will write a bad review on this place everyday if i have to, i am not using caps as my capital letters are not working................sorry for this.......................i don't like a meat market and that is what it is........................ terrible customer service and nasty, uncaring people
