Wedding. 150 guests. 3 food stations - Indian, Japanese and "American". The nan on the Indian buffet was cold/hard (I was first in line) as well as the eel on the Japanese buffet (later in eveing). I first sampled Jeff Thomas food in 2004 at a friend's (vegetarian) wedding. While the food was absolutely excellent, it was cold (I was one of the first in line). The flavor and variety of foods served at our wedding were exceptional. Also, after my husband and I returned from our honeymoon I had SEVERAL different individuals tell me they were "around the world" several times that night and that the food was "excellent" or "amazing". Overall everything I tasted was exceptional. I think that if you make sure to request that there are plenty of "sternos" available to keep the food warm, you will be delighted with what Jeff Thomas delivers.
