Great Fun and Looking GOOD!!!!!!!!

Recently, I went to Tuscany, a good friend is a client there.

My long, hot summer and days at the pool with the kids fried my hair. I was looking pretty BAD!

Anyway, made a bit of "personal time"- you know what I mean, Moms - and got on the phone. Right from the start, the Receptionist was perky and helpful...a good sign!

Went in a couple of days later and everyone there was REALLY nice. There was a good energy there. The sylistst did a great job turning my green hair into a great looking blonde. I hardly recognized myself! WOOWEE!

Since my husband was with the kids and this was "my time", they snuck me in for a super manicure and pedicure! Even though the schedule was kind of tight, they focused on me and I didn't feel rushed. This is different from some of the other places that I had been to in town.

The pedicure chairs had a massager! I tell you, this made this mid-aged woman feel like a teenager again!

Anyway, I think this place is my new "getaway" ...and hopefully, I will be able to make this a part of my regular routine!

Amazing Customer Service Amazing Services

Truely a wonderful experience. I was shopping at BOVA Furniture and noticed Tuscany Spa Salon next door. There was a walk-ins welcome sign, so I decided to be spontaneous. As I approached the door, one of the receptionists opened the door to great me. How nice. I asked if someone was available to do a haircut and possible color. I waited for a very short time and was greated with a smiling face. My stylist brought me back and spent about 10 minutes with me discussing my hair. I asked he about color. She was so sweet and told me that she thought my natural color was beautiful and that if I wanted a change to perhaps just add a few subtile highlights around my face. No hard sell. I completely trusted her and I loved the results. I did add a few highlights and that is really all I needed. I loved the attention I received from my stylist and the staff. Very comfortable and beautiful. I even received a thank you call after my visit. Nice!

Great Service, Love my style

A group of us decided on a spa day and checked around. When we called Tuscany, the receptionist was wonderful. She took our information and instead of keeping me on hold, she said she would call back with all the information. About 15 minutes later, she called back and had appointments for 6 of us booked.

The day of our party, we arrived a little late, but the entire staff was so accomodating. We did not feel rushed at all and had time to socialize in a private room. The massages and facials were absolutely amazing! We did not want to leave.

Since we were going out after, some of us had our hair shampooed and styled. Then, they offered to touch up our makeup for free. We were all so impressed and happy.

I decided to go back and get a cut and some highlights. Again, I was struck by the friendliness of the staff. While I was waiting, I watched people come in and was amazed how each person was greeted. Some were obviously regulars, and a few walk-ins.

After my service, the phone was ringing so much, but, the staff paid attention to me and helped me with my next appointment. I absolutely loved my new style!!! I think I have found a new salon!

Really got a good cut and fun time

Dropped in since was in the area and they took me right off. I hadn't had my hair done for a while and wanted something easy, fun. It was pretty mcuh a mess. The stylist was upbeat and friendly. She was able to pretty mcuh determine what was on my mind.

She worked her magic on me and felt like she did a great color and cut. Have gotten quite a few nice comments at work. Home, too.

Massage Felt Good!

I hurt my back in a softball tourney last week ... young mind, old body trying to be an Astro! My wife thought maybe a massage would help and she had heard some good things Tuscany. I called and luckily they had a slot available. When I got there, the massage therapist - with a big smile - was very pleasant and professional. The service was great and it made me feel so much better. (It did take a couple of days to feel better but it sure seemed like the massage sure helped out.)

Although I am not a massage type guy, I just might go back every once in a while. Afterall, it is always nice to see a nice smile and get yourself fixed up a bit, too.

Friendly Staff and a Good Time

We had a girls' party there this week with about 6 good friends. One of our group arranged it all as a get away .

Each of us had a choice or hair, nail, and massage services. we also had some food brought in from a local restaurant around the shop.

I had a really great massage and the hair style and manicure were really goood too.

I don't live around there but my intent it to pop in when my business travel puts me in the area. My friends in that area ot town think it is a very good shop and alot of them are regulars. I highly recommend it.

The Best Hair Place Cincinnati

I love my new hair! I had been to Tuscany for a manicure a few weeks ago. I decided to go back and get my hair done. I went in for a cut and highlights today. I am thrilled at the results! For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have an updated look that even I can style. I love the color too. My stylst suggested I go lighter than I had originally thought. I am glad I listened to her. What a great overall experience in a beautiful and relaxed environment.

The Way A Salon Should Be.

I loved my visit to Tuscany.

A friend of mine got me a gift certificate to Tuscany. I have been going to one of the "Big Name" salons in Cincinnati and have not been happy for a while.

I was nervous to go somewhere new, but was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the salon is beautiful. The people at the front were so friendly and upbeat. I got highlights and a much needed updated hair cut.

I really love my hair! It looks so fantastic. I can honestly say that this place is different and a refreshing change from those large chain places!

Give them a try...it is a wonderful place.

Amazing Salon and Spa Experience

What A FIND! My husband, two children and I just moved to the Cincinnati area. After the kids started at their new school, I decided to have a "day at the spa". I went to Tuscany Spa.Salon on Montgomery Road.

I spent the most wonderful 31/2 hours at Tuscany having a masage, my hair highlighted and cut and then a spa manicure! From the time I walked in the door I was treated like a queen. I was greeting by a smiling face, who brought me coffee, and I wasquickly taken back for my massage. After my massage, I was greeted by my hair stylist (no waiting time!). My hair looks amazing. Jut when I thought it couldn't get any better...I went for my wonderful Spa Manicure.

Tuscany Spa.Salon is amazing! I would recommend a visit to anyone!! A+++

First massage ever and I loved it

We are in town for a wedding and the long trip played havoc on this ol' body. I have taught high school science for many years and know the importance of good health, such as increased ciruculation via massage. I just never got around to get one.

Our hosts recommended the local Tuscany to get me "loosened up". Thank goodness! The massage was deep tissue and helped me feel limber right off the bat. The young lady was very personable and talked just enough. She explained as needed.

The short and skinny is I enjoyed this and thought the place was really good. I guess an old guy from New England found a bit of the "fountain of youth" here in Cincinnati.

And the wedding was beautiful and fun.
