Unprofessional AND immature - left me hanging with a car for sale "undone"

The guy showed up 30 minutes late then HE got all upset because I was not thrilled with the service starting off. He left without doing my car. I was a bit annoyed yes - irrate no - seems this guy has issues. I have no idea how well they do detaiing but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had as a customer.

I admit, we were late to this appointment. After apologizing multiple times and assuring the customer we would be able to complete the job well in advance of the agreed upon time,this customer continued to be extremely rude. She has every right to be upset but she did not have to be so rude to us. I deeply regret my reaction and I recognize that I need to serve every customer, no matter how I am treated. I am sorry that this customer had a negative experience. This is a learning experience for us, no matter how rude a customer may be we must still provide quality service.
