Great Customer Service

I have been with Evolutions for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very personable and approachable. If you ever need or ask for anything they are there for you. I know many of the staff personally and if you ever had a problem with anything just speak with the owner and she will make anything right to the best of her ability. I hope many people try this salon, they are wonderful at what they do.

worst experience of my life

have been to Evolution twice now. The first time it was nice but the second time it was horrible. I am trying to grow my hair out so I went to get it trimmed. The stylist did not even trim all my hair (I know this because I have a little highlight right at the botton of my hair and I still do). My hair felt just as weighted down and unmanageable as before I spent the $42 to get it cut. I asked her to straighten it like she did the first time and she said she would work on it until her food came. (very professional) She did not even touch her straightening iron. I also asked her to wax my eyebrows which she did not do either. I did not try to remind her because she was so busy trying to get rid of me so she could eat. I will never go to this place again.
