Terrible Customer Service

The manager of the store had fliers from Cincinnati Bell setting on his counter offering Free Nokia phones if you added a new line of service to your existing family plan. However, when we tried to purchase the phone and add the line of service he refused to honor the fliers advertised price. He stated it was his store and he didn't have to follow the advertised promotions. Very rude!
