I am not sure what the other lady was talking about. But the service at La Bella was amazing. They made sure everything went well and made sure I enjoyed my services. Each person made you feel welcome. For how busy they were they took the time. I had a hair and nail service. They had amazing knowledge and top trends. It was so relaxing and I recommend La Bella To anyone.

I had another Moor Mud Treatment at La Bella last night. Ava was the employee who did the treatment and it was fabulous! Ava was very good and extremely personable. THe treatment consists of having warm nicely scented mud applied and left on your body for awhile to soak in. While the mud is soaking in, you are getting a facial. Then the mud is rinsed off with showers located about you. The warm water cascading onto you is in itself very relaxing. Then lotion is applied. My skin felt very soft and I was very relaxed and refreshed. It is definately great for not only your skin, but also good for overworked, stressed individuals. An added incentive is they are offering a 25% discount until the middle of February. I have already scheduled another one for February! Definately worth checking into and I guarantee between the wonderful treatment and the very professional and experienced staff you won't regret this decision. Jan - Delhi

i was a loyal customer for over four years until this past saturday, 08/25/07. i went for a facial and a pedicure, which i had had previously. the salon has THE worst customer service EVER. the front desk people are completely complacent and do as little as possible to make sure that your visit is worth the money and time. well, the services were extremely disappointing. The facial was terrible. By terrible i mean my skin was INFLAMED! not just that but it was not even relaxing. i could hear the wedding party across the way the entire time. not once did Melissa, who i have been going to for waxing for well over 4 years, apologize. Why would you put someone in a room across from a loud wedding party for a facial? that is just one of many examples of their complacency and ignorance. it takes 6-7 rings before they answer the phone to make an appointment. THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THAT THEIR AIR CONDITIONING WAS OUT DURING MY PEDICURE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL ME WHEN I CHECKED IN. IT WAS 95 DEGREES OUTSIDE!!! I tried to call the salon manager and no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I HAVE FOR TOO LONG. Go to Mitchell's or Salon LA. At least they have good customer service.
