poor customer service, lost orders

Lost our order two separate times. Manager was rude, said too bad both times we went to get our food. We had eaten their twice, and the food was good but service was poor also. Will not recommend because of their poor service.

Pros: good food

Cons: Bad service, common to forget orders and pretend your not there.
