I have done business with this company in the past, no problems here. Consumers need to be a little more educated to the service that is being rendered. There are too many customers that dont what to take responisbity for their project. It's not always a turn key operation folks. The experience I have had seemed to be above average, however I wasn't ingnorant as to what I wanted the final project to look like. It seems in todays world the baby boomers want it all, to include it being free. Come-on, Wake up America!!
