HORRIBLE BUILDER...DONT BUY!!!

This company has made the process of home ownership much less than desirable. They build a substandard product. The quality of workmanship is poor at best. They do not maintain their complexes even though they are still in charge of the HOA. The grass is never cut and the grounds look horrible. I am still trying to figure out what our $148/month HOA fees cover because I thought they were for maintainance. And the most important thing...they do not live up to their warranties. I have had numerous instances of trying to get them to repair faulty workmanship (mainly a very substantial problem with our furnace and they refuse to pay to fix it correctly). I would tell anyone looking to buy a property from them...DONT DO IT!!! Buy from someone reliable!
