Anybody wonder why there are no reviews since May 2010 on the way their pets have been cared for??? Beware if your babies are in less than the best of health. Ask about the attrition rate.

Great Grooming

My dog Rosebud gets groomed at Pet Suites regularly. The gentle and calm demeanor of the groomers and the relaxed atmosphere is comforting. I am also pleased with the care taken in selecting the best shampoo for my dog's needs, the nail trimiing and filing and how cute my dog looks after grooming. Pet Suites is a great choice for grooming!

Your staff was wonderful. I called to check on my babies and was treated by your caring staff. Upon pick up one of my babies tonight, one of your staff, and I wish I knew her name (I know she had reddish hair) greeted me so cheerfully and spoke of my babies kindly and honestly. This was the first time I boarded my babies since I adopted them 4 years ago. First impressions are long lasting; I will be back again. Thank you for hiring such a loving and caring staff.

A great experience

We have used Pet Suites exclusively after a very bad experience with another boarding location. We have been nothing but pleased with the staff and accommodations for our pets. I was always impressed that the members of the staff actually remembered and seem to look forward to our pet’s coming in – even though it was as infrequent as 9-12 months. A younger gal of the staff (forgive me for forgetting her name) knew out dog Gaitz on sight every time we brought him in, and seemed to look forward to seeing him.

We will be relocating in the next few weeks, and used your facility for our last times on a trip out two weeks ago to search for a new home.

I wanted to take the time to thank your entire staff for taking good care of our pet’s any time we need to travel. I only hope that we find a place as nice and with a staff as professional and caring as yours in our new location. Our sincerest thank you!

A+++++ all the way!!

We have been bringing our dogs for several years. We love the friendly and courteous staff. They always go out of their way for you whether you are there or on the phone. Never have we had a rude staff member. In the beginning, we always called to check on them, but we don’t anymore. No need to. One time one of our dogs was having back problems and was on medication before we were ready to go on a cruise. We were nervous about leaving him but they assured me they would watch him and if he needed medical treatment, we were informed as what they would do. We left on the cruise with little worry but we felt much better after talking with them. A+++++ all the way!!

Superior Boarding Facility

This is a way overdue note, Bear-Bear passed away October 23, 2008. Her last visit was last June 2008 which at that time the staff and I shared some stories over the years about Bear, we somehow knew this would be her last visit. I could have not asked for better care for Bear-Bear. No matter where I was I would call and the staff would go out of their way to tell me all about how she was doing. I highly recommend PetSuites to anyone who truly wants the best care for their pet while they are away. Bear-Bear was 16-1/2 yrs old when she passed away and I call to inform PetSuites which they took very hard. It's not until now that I can even talk about her, she is truly missed and Peggy you are the greatest. If I should ever get another pet I will without hesitation use PetSuites. This has been truly a loss for me and I remember the day she passed away the first people I called was PetSuites and they grieved right along with me. You are the best! I know my furry friend loved you all as well, thanks for the care you provided for her over the years."

Great Facility!

Prior to moving to the Cincinnati area, I had only boarded my pets at the vet hospital I worked for, so my concern was finding a facility that would meet my pets needs as well as mine. I could not be happier with your boarding facility. It's clean, bright and very welcoming. I feel very confident that my pets are cared for and would not hesitate to recommend this facility.

Best Care Possible

It was the first time I had ever boarded a pet and I was reluctant at first. However, upon my first visit to the suites, we were greeted and treated kindly and professionally. We called almost daily to check on the pet and someone was always more than willing to go check his notes and respond back how the pet was doing. We were amazed with Erin and her overly kind staff and have been recommending your suites to everyone we talk to. I cannot express how much more comfortable our vacation was knowing that the beloved pet was in the best hands possible.
