You wont go wrong by contacting this builder, but you will go wrong if you build a custom home and dont.
- Pros: Honest, reasonable rates, creative, great to work with.

Ryan and his crew really care about you !!

I am Ryans excavator , I have done excavation work for most of the builders in Cincinnati , And I trully would not take the time to write about any of them . Ryan and Shawn and arrine and the rest of his crew really do care I have witnessed this first hand . With each and every house they build! Shawn is his superintended I have watched poor Shawn go from a young man to a little grey worring about the homeowners and there happiness.Arrine the assist supt is the happiest of the group and a real hands on asst supt. The first I have seen .He will surely brighten your day . The Company name is Tanner homes Ryan name the company after his son in the hopes that he takes it over someday. So Ryan really does put love into everything he does when it comes to his company . Ryan is truly one of the most fantastic people I know and I am proud to be a part of his team . Greg Herkins
