We started our hot tub search (Sun) at Watsons as we saw one of the "end of the season" sales. We were greeted while looking at the tubs. The tubs were demonstrated to us and some of the features were pointed out. We saw a tub we wanted to purchase, well come to find out they did not have any they said they would order from another store and may take a couple days. The sales person then showed us another tub that was nicer similar in price/size/features. We were told that someone else had ordered it however choose another tub. We agreed to purchase this one and worked on the paper work. We were planning on vacation we had a couple weeks until we would leave. We explained this to the sales person. We were told the spa would arrive at the end of the week and be ready to be installed the first of the next week. Well, the end of the week came I called and asked when I should expect the tub to arrive. I was told the tub had not arrived. They did not ship it out as to save money they would wait and ship out a couple tubs at once. Well this is starting to run into our vacation plans. We were told that the spa would arrive on Wen and the delivery to my house would be Sat. We decided to visit their competitor’s store and had more luck. We decided to cancel the Wartson's order. Done deal right? wrong. I received a call yesterday (Wen/remember the spa was supposed to be in Wen?) I received a message saying there was a delay in the shipping of the spa and it would not be in until Sat and delivery would be sometime next week (while I am on vacation). I called them back and told them I had canceled my order last week and I did not want their hot tub. I was also upset that the sales person failed to mention until after the paperwork was signed the electrical requirements. Installation cost me 1,300!!! You can not get set dates with them and they give you the run around. I would suggest going up one more freeway exit to their competitor you will have more luck.
Pros: Huge selection, reasonable prices
Cons: unreliable, give you the run around, lack of interdepartmental communication

Very bad warranties. We are about to be on our 3rd pump motor. We have had the pool for 4-5 years. Our motor died again at the end of the season last year so we were not able to purchase another one. We were told by Watson's that there is only a 1 yr limited warranty and that we will have to pay full price for another motor, $200-$300. Or they can try to rebuild it for $100. We have also had 3 lights since we have had the pool. they are definitely in the business to make money and do not care about their customers. There is one person there that we try to deal with that has been helpful in the past but of course we aren't going to purchase the motor from them. we will search for a cheaper price and better customer service.
Pros: None
Cons: Bad customer service, over priced, not willing to fix problems with equipment
