Bad Experiences
by sand8
My experience with Victory Lady Fitness Western Hills has been terrible! Joining and getting the financial part squared away was confusing and drawn out and then it took forever to get my membership card and monthly payment coupons. I was called because I hadn't paid my monthly service fee, but I never received my coupons to make a payment! Many of the machines are always broken and the air conditioner is often not working. The place isn't the cleanest and often times it out ot toilet paper. The worst part is the customer service. The personal trainers (if that's what you want to call them) are always leaving so there are constantly new workers. Management is very rude! They encourage referrals and offer rewards for referrals, but all they really want is more money! I have referred two people and have yet to see my reward! Sounds like the Beechmont location might be better, especially staff, but Wester Hills is awful! I wouldn't recommend joining and I won't be referring anymore people. Too bad I'm in a 3 year contract!
- Cons: bad customer service, broken machines, no toilet paper
Do not waste your money here!

First, I weigh 120 pounds and they kept asking me to be part of their Biggest Loser program. Apparently they think I'm fat. Their "free personal training" is not personal training...they just stick you on a machine and leave. The gym is supposedly all female, but Tim, the creepy owner, is always luring around the place. Do not waste your money. There are several gyms very close to here that are a much better value.
- Cons: Creepy owner always lurking around. Non-working machines
Tim is an arrogant scam artist

Tim hasn't returned any phone calls regarding an expired membership that I am still being charged for. He uses his "trainers" to do all the middle manning and still I get no where. I was promised a year for free after having two girls join and that year has not turned out to be payment free. He constantly drops the ball and doesn't care for his members obviously, he just cares about getting their money. He will go to any level to get it. After reading the B. B. B reports...it does not come as a surprise he has a rating of F! I strongly urge anyone considering his fitness centers to join elsewhere with a reputable rapport. Tim always has new trainers and it is no wonder every week I walk in I don't recognize faces. As a member it is important to feel comfortable with your trainer and you can't do that if he is constantly firing them for unknown real reasons.
- Cons: horrible customer service
