Terrible.
Major issues:
1/ Bullied me into signing up and assuring me I could cancel without any problems in three days
2/ Returned my deposit but never submitted cancellation form. I cancelled within 12 hours, so how on earth were they able to submit my forms so quickly and then "forget" to send my cancellation form?
3/ Did not accept responsibility for their mistake and delivered terrible customer service
I cancelled because the workers made me uncomfortable. No wonder.…
i love it. I'm sad to see some bad reviews because this place is the only place that has ever worked for me. All i can say is go there yourself and judge for yourself... I go to Beechmont and it seems that most reviews say that is the best one I agree only because I've never been to the other ones. I think other gyms are too concerned with getting extra money out of you for personal training that they forget you exist if you aren't made of money. personal training is free at Victory and I got all the help i needed to lose weight. my ONLY compliant is that they don't have tanning but oh well that isn't good for me anyway…
Okay gym. If you are looking for a place to work out that is inexpensive - then Victory Lady Fitness is the place. The facility and the equipment are very very outdated like 80ish. The one cool thing I can say is the PTX class offered taught by Michelle is AWESOME!!!! She is a killer instructor. The girls at the front desk are pretty cool but again if you are looking for the latest and the greatest you will not find it at Victory Lady Fitness and as someone else mentioned on another review the owner Tim seems really creepy.…
Not Recommended. I had signed up with this gym when they had a "special" where you paid one year in full and got two years "free" on top of that. When all was said and done I ended up paying $480.00. The part that got expensive was the "maintenance fees." If this deceptively clever deal of 3 for 1 were broken down into monthly payments I would be paying $13.30 a month for 3 years. Confused yet? What's worse is that they run specials all the time offering low monthly rates of $9.99 per month plus a $20.00 start up fee. I ultimately ended up paying more than I had bargained for! In actuality $13.30 for a monthly rate isn't bad, but my problem with this gym is the false pretenses they had with this so-called 3 in 1 deal. If I had been offered the deal of paying $13.30 for 3 years I wouldn't have signed up.…
Poor Customer Service. I have been very displeased with Victory Lady's main office customer service. I entered into a 2 year membership but unexpectedly moved to Northern Kentucky before my contract was up. The closest Victory Lady Fitness Center was a minimum of 20 minutes from my house so I looked to cancel my contract,. I called MANY times to talk to someone about this issue and was never able to talk to a person. I left multiple voicemails that were never returned. Finally I sent a snail mail letter and received one back a month later refusing my request. Apparently I was a couple miles shy of their "out of area" policy and they refused to terminate. Again I tried to call and discuss this issue to no avail. Finally I gave up and for the past 10 months I have been paying for a gym membership that I do not use.…
