Wonderful service. My boyfriend and I had the son of the owner come to our home for a housecall. He was very personable, and we didn't really need an actual repair, but needed our hi-def tv set up properly and all of our things hooked up to it. For example our home theater system, our gaming system, our ipod docker etc and get it all integrated through our tv. He simplified everything and did what we weren't able to do. But, we felt to get our entertainment system properly set up, it was worth the price, and the service was outstanding.

friendly neighborhood tv repair. Not sure why the other review was so poor. My experiences have been positive. Years ago I took a VCR in for repair that had a tape jammed inside. It was $75--pricey but in keeping with all other competitors. That machine still works.

This morning the electricity flickered during a strong thunderstorm which turned my tv off. When I turned it back on, only the sound worked; the video was black. I came away dissatisfied with my cable company's solutions so decided to call Graff's. I spoke with Andrew and he had all the right answers. My tv works perfectly and I am just so grateful to him for his help. I've been thinking to buy a new TV and will stop in today to see if they sell them. I can't promise I will buy one but I do feel it's important to support the small businesses. Big box retailers come and go and technical training can rarely compete with the knowledge of the the seasoned store owners and personel in our neighborhoods. I highly recommend Graff's.

Jerks and not helpful. They were rude, overpriced, and not helpful. Don't even call them unless you are a masochist. Any other repair place is a better place.
