Big rip off.. The big rip off is, why do they charge $1.00 for a oversize charge and and do nothing for it?

They do nothing more for my Jeep than they do for a four door automobile, as a matter of fact they do less, the top of my Jeep has never been wiped off.

And they charge an extra dollar.

Good up until now. I've been coming for Johnny's for years. Just bought another buy 4 get 1 free last week. Usually everything's great but I wasn't happy this past time. First, went to slide behind the wheel when it was done and darn near killed myself. The driver's seat had been left all the way forward, and I drive with it all the way back. Same thing happened a few days later when I got in the passenger's side, but at least didn't have the steering wheel trying to disembowel me. They also left the center seat folded over.

My other gripe, when they asked if I wanted the rain stuff, it was an emphatic no. Guess what? Drove the car tonight in the rain for the first time and I could hardly see. The windshield is a mess.

hell of a good wash. i worked tere for a year.

we would do anything we could for anyone we could if they were disatisfied yet reasonable.

sure there were mistakes made.

like the ignorant with his precious van tat the tailgate didnt get vaccumed out....ever think they migt have they might have accidently over looked it or thought someone had already got it.

these workers work their asses off all day in the blistering heat sweating out every last drop of water they have in their skin to the bonechilling winters were sometimes it feels like you were going to break apart.

every weekend we wash at least 700 cars and sometimes a lot more. you have to cut these guys some slack they do what a lot of people cant. yeah it may seem like just a car wash but its A LOT more than it seems. i dont think ill ever work with a greater team of workers.

Stready Windows at the Car Wash. I have gone there three times now and each time my widows are so streaked it's dangerous to drive. It isn't noticeable until it becomes dark outside. Additionally, it's very difficult to communicate this to anyone there. The staff that tends the register seem to be pleasant. I'm going to give it one more try since their location is so close to my office.

Great Car Wash!. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Johnny's almost weekly for the past five years. The service is excellent. The facility is very good and the people are friendly, honest, and efficient. We have never been dissatisfied with any of the services we've received. We tried other car washes throughout Cincinnati and the surrounding area and have found none that compare. If, at any time, a customer is not completely satisfied, Johnny's is very happy to make it right including a complete re-service. All you have to do is ask.

Go somewhere else. You'll be happy you did.. I stopped using Johnnys a while back, however after a long trip, i wanted a wash and vacuum of the van. You know these places upcharge for the minivans, and i'm ok with that, with one condition. They vacuum it. I'm sad to say that when I arrived home, happy with the wash and dry, I opened the tailgate of the van...and...nope, the vacuum never even made it back there. VERY easy to tell, as the straw, paper wrapper, etc, were still there. I'm not going back. Period. Use Rainbow in Oakley. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Mike's is good for a simple wash as well.
