Their service is terrible

Do not take your car to this dealership, EVER! I took my car in for one problem, it has a rattle noise. They kept it for 3 days, they gave excuses after excuses, lies after lies. They charged me $90 for something that didn't fix the problem. My check engine light is on now because of the "fuel filler neck being rusted"... it has been like this for a while and the check engine light has never been on. They won't refund the money I paid for the parts. The person in the service department wouldn't even get in my car to go for a ride so I could have him hear the noise. This same person said the mechanic, his manager and him self took the car for a ride (22 miles) and didn't hear a thing, BS. I am never taking my car back to this dealership, they should be ashamed of themselves. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!
