I own my own Image Consulting Business where appearance means everything. I invest in my shoes, boots, and apparel so I naturally want to maintain them. The beginning of each new season I take my shoes and boots to have new heels and or tips put on them. I never considered taking my Andrew Marc leather trench to Lee and Hayes until I noticed a rip. The rip on my coat was located on the lower back, and was about three inches in length, shaped like an inverted "V" because a button was once there. I was not about to trust my coat to just anyone, I have had my fair share of personal disasters around Cincinnati but have learned from those mistakes. Unsure if even Mr. Lee would consider such a repair I brought my coat in to show him. Mr. Lee examined my coat, explained to me exactly what he could and would do. Two weeks later, I picked up my coat and looked for the rip but I was unable to tell that there had ever been one! I Lee And Hayes Shoe Repair is the best kept secret in Cincinnati, for obvious reasons. I have been a loyal customer to Lee and Hayes for about three years and I am just beginning to learn and appreciate other services that they offer. Clients often ask for referrals to someone who could repair a purse or shoes and I am more than confident to refer them to Mr. Lee. I can now add leather apparel as well as resole of running shoes, to the list of services rendered at Lee and Hayes. Running is an obsession for my husband who is currently training to run in the Boston Marathon, after running in the Air force Marathon, Run like Hell, Turkey Trot, and The Flying Pig you get the idea. Thank God literally for Lee and Hayes resole service. Runners can go through shoes rapidly depending on training and distances. Rather than purchasing a new pair of shoes each month resole for a fraction of the cost! I could go on and on about the $ you can save and how wonderful Lee and Hayes is, but you will not know until you experience it for yourself.
