1st rate jeweler. My daughter and I were in charge of acquiring an engagement ring for my son (her brother) who lives out of state. We had an idea that Peter literally ran with and the final product was magnificent. The beauty of the diamonds literally took your breath away. My future daughter in law was thrilled beyond belief.

Peter and Courtney possess a shared talent that has created so many beautiful pieces of jewelry.

You need to visit their store and appreciate their work.

Amazing Work!. Peter is great to work with, very accomodating. He has amazing designs (so does Courtney) and will work with you to incorporate your own ideas as well. He is timely, efficient and reasonable. I have several very special pieces from Soulmates which I love! I tell everyone about "my jeweler". Peter is worth bragging about.

I've never had an issue here. I don't know what that other person was talking about. I've never known Peter and Courtney to not respond to calls. I've been a customer there for about 5 years. The quality of their jewelry rivals that of Tiffanys. They are great at making custom jewelry for people too. I can't rate them high enough.

Extremely rude srevice. Six years ago I bought an engagement ring for my then girlfriend now my wife. 5 minutes, $900 sales. Everybody was happy. Last December the stone fell out. Nobody is to blame. My wife went to the store, she got ridiculed and humiliated because she chose a less expensive stone. Peter told her he would call as soon as the stone is available. No call for two moths. My wife called and was told that Peter will go to Arizona to buy the stone in February. In March when my wife called, Peter curtly told her:?I told you I would call you when the stone will be here?.

My wife related these conversations to me but I always thought she might be a bit too sensitive since it is her favorite ring and she wants it to be done quickly.

She kept calling, and leaving messages. No call was ever returned. Finally I called and left an angry message. Still no answer. I called again Peter?s wife told me she knows nothing about this I must talk to Peter. I called again I talked to a sales person she was kind she promised Peter will call. He called 3 days later left a message telling us when we can pick up the ring.

I did go in asked for the ring and was ready to leave. Then Peter said, I don?t understand why you did not call my wife left you a massage in March. I said she did not. He asked me if I call her wife a liar and I said I do. He said if I can?t afford to buy a ring I should not be blaming him. I did not really know what to say, I was shocked. All I could ask why they did not return my phone calls about eight of them in the last two weeks. He kept saying they left a message.

All this is incredible, and maybe I would not even mother to write this review but my wife was so hurt that she could not stop crying. If one less person has to go though this treatment then I did my job. I almost think that Peter has a mental problem. Nothing else can explain why he would not want to do an $800-1000 deal.
