Fake Reviews & Laughable Customer Service

The review by "SpeedRacer" & VladNKY are fake reviews. If you search the text in the review, you will find hundreds of identical text reviews for dealerships.

These reviews are provided/initiated by a marketing company for Kings Mazda. Female1Veteran is the only "human" reviewer.

This is not an attempt to get hits to this site. Here is an excerpt from the thread:

So some of you know, brother is sales rep there. Parents bought a car or i should say multiple cars. Just bought a 6. Had a problem with the tire loosing air. They took it back and the service dept said that since they are not factory valve stems in the tires, its not under warranty and they had to pay to fix. Apparently the car came from another mazda location and they changed em so basically they had no idea and got screwed because of it.

So watch out waffles and everyone else who buys cars from there. the service dept sucks more than shelbygt500 guy. My one buddy has had multiple probs there as well and even has filed complaints and filed suit and won.

So if you buy a mazda, be prepared to get butt hurt when it needs service. Worst place ever."

"When I bought my Mazdaspeed there back in '03 it was a totally different place. Jason and Vic in service knew me as if I was a family member and I was always treated very well. The few times we have been back to look at a car from them recently has greatly changed my opinion and we will never buy from them again. It makes me sad b.c the same thing is happening with another dealer that I used to respect."

And to be fair:

"I never had a problem with the kings dealership. they replaced every turbo component on my msp when the turbo leaked a drop of oil every few days but then again that was along time ago. the one in tricounty were bastards and I will never go there again, or really any mazda dealership just because mazdas suck ass and I will never go that route again"

"That's where I nought my mustang the guy I talked to was retarded. He thought it was a V6 and didn't even notice the MACH 1000 stereo system in it until after I signed the paperwork haha so it wasn't included in the price I paid."

"I went there inquiring about an RX-8 a couple months ago and not one person out front knew anything about the rotary core warranty. I finally spoke with two people in service that verified the warranty's terms.

"I would have thought warranty information was basic knowledge among salesmen and their associates. Needless to say I took my interests elsewhere."

One of the better dealers out there

I bought a used Mazdaspeed 6 from them in Oct 2007. They covered all the warranty claims and tech service notices when I brought my car back in for service.

Mark was the sales rep (very good), and Jason is the best service advisor out there. Never a problem getting my car in for work or an oil change.

• Cons: None at the moment other than the 30K miles service cost.

Huge selection + Great buying experience

Just purchased my first Mazda - 09 Mazda3 Hatchback at Kings Mazda, and was really impressed at how they do things, i.e. how they sell, how they treat their [potential] customer. They are so unlike many other car dealers in Ohio and Kentucky in that they do not seem to practice hardsell, upsell and such sales tactics, instead they give you the facts and try to reach a true compromise in terms of the value you get.

I negotiated my final out-the-door price over email without even talking to Tim, an internet sales manager. Once I got the fair deal I was looking for in email, I came to the dealership and was done in less than 2 hours (which included an extensive test drive and dealer financing process). Mark, a senior sales consultant, has helped me with filling out all forms, test drove the car with me while answering all questions, and showed all features in detail. He is the most courteous and friendly car salesman I've ever talked to. I am going to recommend him and the dealership to all my friends and family. Even if the great deal I got can be partially attributed to current state of the economy, Kings Mazda, Mark, and Tim beat all other dealers in the Tri-State (Mazda as well as Honda) in terms of car selection, value (including free oil changes as long as you owe the car), and the way they conduct both their online and brick-and-mortar selling business.
