I purchased a car here new in 2011,
there were very friendly upon the sale but have had terrible customer service ever since signing.
Upon trying to refund my extended warranty the finance department has made up loops for me to jump through in order to drag the process out as long as possible. They refuse to answer questions regarding when they will process the refund. They don't reply to my emails and make up excuses as to why they have not performed their end of the processing. Additionally multiple employees abruptly hang up the phone when they don't want to give a straight answer. This is extremely rude and I will not be buying another car from this dealer in the future.
If you have any problems after signing the dotted line you can bet it wont be handled.

Kings recenty performed the 30,000 mile service on my Mazdaspeed 3. Jason Moore and the rest of the service staff did their usual excellent job. No complaints; Kings has a first-rate service department.
Definitely recommend. I would definitely recommend John Foltz to anyone looking for a Mazda.
