My overall experience at king's Mazda was phenomenal. My wife and I can didn't have the easiest set of circumstances to work with but the sales team worked hard to find the best options for us. Also, financing wasn't going to be easy but their finance team came through for us with manageable payments and a low interest rate. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we owe it to them working hard for us.
Meghan was so friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle as well as the entire buying experience. She made everything so easy and even pleasant. Also the Sales manager, the finance person and even the service technician that prepped my car, were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend her and this dealership to anyone interested in knowing more about a great product and eventually purchasing a Mazda.

exactly what I wanted and he was excellent at pleasing my every need that I asked for.
He knew the style, and kind of car I was interested in and when we test drove he explained everything about the dash. He also did good at leading me to the highway and then on back roads for our test drive.When we parked he showed me all the features of the rest of the car. Gas tank, trunk, hood, back seat.....and alot of things in the front seats, and console. He made sure I had all the correct books to look up anything I needed. He help program my blue tooth in the car, and set the maintense schedule for me. He was very patient with me in his explanations. He gave me free oil changes for life, and gee I felt very knowledgeable when I left him. I didn't have any doubts that I had been given him to be my sales person by GOD!!! so true; because as a rule I don't like car salesmen.
He also helped me with the choice of color. I was undecided, but as we negotiated the price, he is the one that came up with the idea of his new demo that he was driving. It was the right color, has the BOSE which I adore, sun roof....I was so happy...... I was so happy in the price, and the time I could pick it up...like the next day. He was efficient and and got me exactly what I wanted.I knew what I wanted and he delivered. You can't ask for any thing more than that. My experience with Jerod was excellent.I even gave him and his family free tickets to a play. Which they attended!!! I would buy from him again, and I have recomended him to some of my friends!
Jerod Graber was very patient as we had
to go through various channels within our company to purchase a new company car. He even offered to come to our office to work with us when we were unable to meet him at the dealership. We did not take him up on that but it was nice of him to offer. He did come in to the dealership on his day off to make the deal happen. Not only did they give us a fair price for our trade in, they were reasonable about the pricing of the new vehicle as well. The car is great - better than we even expected!!! Jerod was very professional and efficient.It was a pleasant experience and we are very pleased with everything.
I would definitely recommend him and Kings Mazda in the future.

I would highly recommend this place! They had excellent sales service many models to choose from, lots of discounts and a feeling that the salesmen took there time with you and helped research every available option. At no time,did we feel pressured or unwelcomed. Management was superb, the facilities were well maintained. The staff was respectable and professional, I would gladly and highly recommend this place to buy a new or used car, van or truck. Ask for Steve !

Our car buying experience started with Rita’s visits to several auto dealerships on a Saturday. As a walk-in, car shopping alone, Rita did not feel welcomed, supported or taken seriously as a buyer until she ran into Megan at Kings Mazda. When Rita arrived, she was welcomed by Megan who was very attentive and helpful with Rita until I arrived. When I arrived, Megan continued to assist us through the car buying process. My salesman was rude. The men in the service department could not have been worse...blamed me for ruining my tires on a new vehicle. The car had less than 15,000 miles on it and required all new tires. I am a suburban mom who is very easy on my car. They refused to help me; had to by all new tires. A year later, it was well known there was a problem with the tires. Have never received such poor service in my life.
