This is the second car I have bought from McClusky Chevrolet and Karen Shepherd in 10 months.Last July I bought a new Malibu and just bought a used car from her this week. Karen is so personable and really takes the time to listen to us and help us find the car we want. I told Karen when I was leaving that she has to sell cars forever so I can keep coming back to her! She is wonderful!

Gary Reed is a new Sales person but my buying experience with him was just fine. He was friendly, listened to my desires in a suv, and made a recommendation that I bought. I am quite happy with the 2012 Captiva that I bought. Things could not have gone more smoothly.

Doug Burns took the time to drive me around to several different lots to pick the van that I was satisfied with. The first van I look at was basically junk. So, Doug was determined to get me a really good Chevy Silhoutte van and he did. Thanks Doug!

Kenny is amazing. He didn't stop until he found the car we wanted, at a price we were happy with. The time and attention he gave us was something we've never ever experienced with any other dealer. When we decide to purchase our next car Kenny will be the only salesman I'd want to work with. I've never seen such hard work and dedication than I saw with Kenny F. He represents McClusky Chevrolet in the highest possible way. Kenny treated us like we were people, not worrying about anything but making us happy. If you need a new car, you'd be crazy if you didn't go to McCluskey Chevrolet and see Kenny Frakes.

We went to McCluskey Chevrolet after a less than pleasant experience at another dealership in the Kings Mall. We were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and willingness to help. He worked with us and presented us with various options. In the end, we drove out in the car we fell in love with. Thank you Gary
