An electronics store with competitive prices and friendly service..
In Short
Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and home audio equipment, television accessories (even satellite TV and broadband), cameras, computers and computer accessories, and music and movies. The staff is knowledgeable, but not annoyingly passionate about printing cartridges. When a product does not function correctly, customers can take it to the on-site service center.

Sales staff not knowledgeable..... I went here to buy a satellite radio and was dumbfounded by how long it took for the service desk to track someone down to even help me find what I needed. To make matters worse the sales person rattled off his information like he really knew his stuff only for me to find out that he quoted the wrong prices on service and activation. I let that slide, but when it turned out we needed an extra piece to wire it I was floored that they didn't even carry it!! If you carry the items why not carry the parts needed for them? On the plus side, they do print off an extra receipt for items with a rebate so you can send it in without sending your original. Overall, not a great experience for me.
