chop shop. this place is a chop shop. I asked for a 1/2 inch trim and a highlight. My trim turned into 5 inches off and it was chopped to pieces. Highlight?? Didn't even give me one! A few foils was it. My hair looked like a 3 year old did it (My 3 year old could have done a better job). I cried all the way home! I had this done a week before my wedding. One of the many Kelly's did this. She needs her license revoked. I will never recommend that salon again. AND the more people I talked to about it said they had similar experiences with this place. I paid $100 for this mess - should have refused to pay, but I decided to vote with my money - never to return. I had to pay a REAL professional an addtional $80 to fix the mess - she said whoever did this didn't know what they were doing. PARAGON ON HARRISON AVENUE IS A JOKE!

Paragon for Hair. Wonderful service. Stylist showed me how my hair was cut uneven previously by Mitchells Salon and corrected it. Also my hair color lasts longer when done by Paragon compared to when I previously had it done at MItchells. So now I only go to Paragon since better quality and cheaper too.
