I have a Valkyrie interstate and the headlight bulbs are hard to change.I took it to cycle specialties changed it quickly and with a good price.Thank you for your service.
Im coming back from now on..... I use to own Honda's over the years, but now I know the new model line-up for Kawasaki has stole my heart!! What a great time I had purshasing my new Vulcan 1700! Cycle Specialties is THE place to experience a super deal.... the folks who work there love to make the purchase fun & very easy!! Thanks guys!....I'll be back to stock-up on all the neat things I'll need to get for riding, years to come!!!!
Christmas gift for my son. My husband and I went around all the local bike shops looking for a first dirtbike for our 6 year old. Cycle Specialties went out of there way to make this purchase very easy. They had a really good selection of youth dirtbikes and had all the safety gear we needed to start him out. We now plan to use this dealership for our streetbike needs too... Thanks Cycle Specialties!!
Thanks for your help!. This is the only shop in the city where I feel they took the time to fit me on the right bike since I was a first time rider. They also have a large selection of new and used bikes. I would recommended them to anyone looking for a great deal and get treated fair!!
Best Shop in Town. Having bought at least 4 bikes at Cycle Specialties over the last 12 years, I can say they are the best Morocycle dealship in the Cincinnati area. They Stock more parts than any dealer around, the have a great selection of Helmets and accesorries as well. They are a complete Shop, Sales, Parts, and Service!! They have also been able to get parts for my friends bikes, would have other name brands than they sell, even for brands that aren't offered in Cincinnati any more. I highly recommend Cycle Specialies!!
Buy Before You Try.
After calling Cycle Specialties in search of a Kawasaki 500 LTD and being told they had one, then driving over an hour to get to their location, we were told that no test ride was possible. Cycle Specialties allows no test rides at all, according to the sales person we spoke with. Apparently they expect you to plunk down thousands of dollars on a bike you have never so much as started.
They can have any silly sales-killing policy they want, what annoyed me enough to actually write this review was the sales person's insistence that "nobody allows test rides". In the last four years we have test-ridden and purchased motorcycles from Shipp's Yamaha, Beechmont Motorsports, and Cycle City Motorycycles.
So thanks for saving us thousands of dollars, Cycle Specialties, by preventing the purchase of the bike, but no thanks for wasting all that time. When someone calls and asks if you have a specific model available, you should be sure to mention your weird no-test-ride policy *before* they make the drive.
