Beware. I use to love La Rosas's but didn't order in the past few years.I finally ordered via the Internet for a 20 dollar order which was delivered from the White Oak location. I used a credit card but since I had only so much on the card I paid for the food and gave a cash tip. I checked my credit card and found out they added an unauthorized 4 dollar tip to my card in addition to the cash tip. I called the main number to make my complaint but first was told it was a reserve made by my credit card company. I called my credit card co and found out that was not true. I phoned back and they gave me the runaround even after I expressed how upset and dissatisfied I was. I was so worried about my card being used I had to remove money and cancel my card. I still don't have a refund and got no where with the main company over this matter. I will never order from La Rosas's again.
