Found a New Stylist

I had been seeing the same stylist for over 15 years. I loved her but she refused to change my look. I am getting older so I wanted to refresh my image. As you all know, finding a stylist is difficult and takes a lot of trust. I had used the Aveda body products but never the hair products. My husband made my appointment after hearing me complain (again) about my stylist. I was very hesitant about trying the Ambience Salon. At my appointment time (not 30 minutes late, like my old salon) I was greeted by Keisha. I was a little nervous because she said she had only been with the salon for under a year. However, she was very friendly, very knowledgeable and confident. She immediately noticed the breakage that my other stylist swore I was imagining. She also gave me some suggestions as to why or how it happened and what I could do to prevent further damage. She made me feel so comfortable that I changed my appointment from a simple style to a full haircut. She ROCKED it! The mini massage and the hand massage were amazing! I felt like a princess. After she cut my hair, she explained how I need to style it, to achieve the same look. She didn't push products on me, but explained which ones would help me maintain my new fierce cut, so I felt comfortable buying them!! I absolutely loved it and will be back very soon! I have told my friends and family about how wonderful the salon, and my new stylist, made me feel! Thank you! THANK YOU!!

Feels like good friends!

I have been a loyal customer of Ambience almost since its beginning at the Streets of West Chester and have had several wonderful experiences in both the spa as well as the salon. All have been awesome! The staff is professional, courteous, helpful and willing to go out of their way to accommodate their customers! The salon is always clean and there is a feeling of community when I am there, often with several stylists and customers chatting together. When I leave, I am relaxed and always feel pampered with the extras.

Before my first visit I called and requested someone who knows how to work with naturally curly hair and Gina was recommended. Now my stylist for the last 5 years, Gina Dean, is a master with my natural curly hair and always has the most up to date styles and information on the best products to keep my hair looking its best! Her quick smile and thoughtful “How are you?” makes me feel like I am reconnecting with an old friend (which I really am!) and always have me looking forward to my next appointment. She truly knows how to make you feel special!

It's the tea

I always say that the hot tea that is offered at Ambience makes my hair look so much better. If only.....

I have been a client of Ambience for over two years now. I have never been more satisfied with my hairstyle. I am a former stylist, so I am aware of the training and dedication required to maintain a clientele. I have had Ashley as my stylist since my first visit. I would and have recommend her and the salon to friends and family, and complete strangers that compliment me on my hairstyle..

I have had other services at the salon, a pedicure and facial. I truly believe that this salon is the best I have experienced. I have had other services in Aveda salons in Florida, NY and MA, and have not been as satisfied.

I will remain a client, as long as I need a haircut and style..

Always Great Service!!

I have been getting my hair done at Ambience for about a year and a half. I was looking for someplace new and stumbled across the new talent special they had on their website. After my first appointment, I new I couldn't go anywhere else. Tara (my hair designer) did an amazing job and she still does my hair now. She talked to me about exactly what I wanted and what would work best for my hair type. I have thick hair that tends to get frizzy, so was thrilled.

I love the atmosphere at Ambience. And I really love the extra bit of pampering you get, even when you are only there to get a haircut. You get to choose 2 experiences with your haircut - I always choose the Shampoo Experience (it feels great when they wrap a hot towel around your head after applying conditioner) and for my second experience, I usually rotate between the Relaxing Hand Treatment and the Mini Facial. The experiences are done when you get your hair washed; the room is nice a dark and there is soft music playing. You can't help but relax!!!

I have also had a pedicure at Ambience and that was amazing as well. All the aromatherapy and soft lighting. I felt so pampered and relaxed, I wish I could get a pedicure there once a week!

Overall, Ambience is great. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and I hardly ever have to wait (even when I am a little early!). I highly recommend Ambience and I always tell my friends where I get my hair done!!!
