Located in a historical home, this trendy neighborhood hangout has expanded to include a large awning covered deck that doubles the seating capacity. The interior is homey with an eclectic mix of wood folding chairs and cloth covered tables. In addition to the main menu offerings of homemade soups, garbage pail salad, assorted sandwiches, burgers and fries the daily specials include homemade chili, casseroles, and pasta dishes.

This place has one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. I ordered the sirloin and it came out out very juicy & tender. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger and even that was very good. It has a very nice cozy atmosphere . I would recommend this resturant to anyone .

The Gaslight feels a great deal more like a small town restaurant than its urban setting would suggest. The classic building, excellent sandwiches, small wine list and quality specials at a reasonable price ($40-60 dinner for two), all while the home team plays on the television make this a restaurant perfect for a night out. Perhaps, though, this might not be the best restaurant for going out on a date.
Pros: Quality Food, Price
Cons: Not best for dating
