How can you loose a snowblower?.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my snowblower to arrive. After getting in touch with Heather K, she stated: "I am sorry; we have been unable to locate this shipment since 1/14. It is considered lost at this time and I would recommend that you initiate a claim with us. Do you need a claim form?"
I bet this company has a bunch of shysters working for them, I can't imagine a giant 100lb snow blower just got lost. I have to fill out a bunch of forms and claim that it was lost.. We'll see where I get with this. Spent $1000 on this thing and have nothing to show for it!
Terrible. Avoid like the plague. I am still sitting waiting for my delivery. I have now had 5 phone calls and talked to 5 different people. They can't seem to write down or keep track of my phone number or find my house, which is SUPER easy to find. It shows up on every GPS. So I don't have my delivery yet. Shame on Costco for using this company to deliver their goods.
DO NOT USE.. They overstated the weight of my shipment by 50 lbs (verified) and charged me an additional $150. They denied my claim with no explanation and Visa will not dispute a shipping charge as long as you've received something. It's a nice little scam they have going.

Do a google search before EVER using them! 1000's of neg comments! THEY WILL SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

No phone calls, no nothing! Rep acted like it was my fault they forgot to put it on the truck!
To boot, I was 50lbs overweight so they tacked on $165 to reprint label! Original cost was $125. I would have cancelled the shipment had they of called me first!
I missed 2 days off work got charged an additional $165. Total loss $500+! Item was only worth $300.
Filed complaints with BBB who has them listed as a "B" rated company! What a joke!Also filed a complaint with the Attorney General of KS! This outrageous billing MUST be stopped! Glad I had another company ship my other engines! I will take this to the highest level!
The worst freight movers.
had a 1700 Lb chenille machine transported from Ohio Barudan USA to Wash. YRC called said they would be delivering the next day hired people to help transfer crate into shop after 1500 we called and they said it wasn't suppose to be delivered till the next day!!!
told them it needed to go up a driveway they said they would only deliver it to the curb which is funny because 2 years ago the same company helped push the crate into my shop!!
They said my alternative was to pick it up myself for a job they are not capable of they are LIARS!!!
Do NOT use this company what a nightmare they are!!!
YELLOW TRANSPORTATION the worse ever shipping company.
I want to tell you about my experience with Yellow Transportation, it was a nightmare, I called them to arrange for a round Trip shipment from Canada to the US and back to Canada, I got the quote for one price, I agreed and signed the quote and faxed it back, prepared all paperwork necessary for shipment to pass customs and be delivered to the destination which is a TRADE SHOW in Orlando/Florida, and as you all know, trade show is very sensitive time wise, so, I passed everything and faxed it to my custom broker to wait for the shipment and clear it from custom, SO NOW the hassle begins with Yellow, the incompetent people there at yellow, decided to change the route of my shipment, and ship it by air instead of ground shipment, which means my custom broker will never know about it, without telling me they decided to do that, and not only that, but the worse ever company I ever knew (YELLOW TRANSPORTATION) passed all my shipping paper work to another custom broker, ALSO without informing me about that, so the shipment stays in custom for 2 days.

until I get a phone call from my custom broker saying that the shipment has not been received and what s going on, so I call YELLOW, and I find out everything, 2 days before the trade show starts, then they (the worse ever shipping company YELLOW TRANSPORTATION) tells me about what happened AND THRETEN ME if I don?t pay extra $500 to upgrade my shipment, its not going to be at the 4-days trade show in time, but with 2 days delay, so they forced me to upgrade, so steal money and rip me off, worried about the trade show, knowing that everything happened is their mistake, I agreed.
They're cheap for a reason. They have some of the lowest prices for freight, but they're late, too many billing errors and trying to get a claim paid is like pulling teeth.
