Value City Furniture.
I recently purchased a bedroom package from vcf in Springdale. While I really like the furniture, I only have one (1) complaint, the finish lifts of too easy, which in my opinion is a problem that should be addressed with the manufacturer. A couple of years ago I purchased a living room set from the same location, same problem occurred.
If you decide to purchase furniture from vcf, just be aware of the problem, since the store manager is not willing to address the issue with his/her superiors at the executive level.

We've had nothing but good experiences shopping here.
We purchased a mattress and box spring here. It listed elsewhere for $1300, we got it for $744 including tax. Delivery was free and on time. The deliverymen brought both to our second floor apartment without grumbling, assembled the frame and placed the pieces on it.
We returned not long ago and purchased a dinette and living room group. Again, delivery was on time, courteous and we got our furniture for much less than it listed elsewhere.
VCF has several locations. Check to see if what you want is in stock at that store. If not, ask the salesperson for an estimate on when the furniture will be received so you can make an informed decision on whether or not to purchase or get something else. Luckily, everything we wanted was in stock and readily available for delivery.

BUYER BEWARE..IT MAY BE OUT OF STOCK WHEN YOU NEED IT!!!. Horrible Service.. BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a bedroom set in Feb 08, paid in full, and the saleperson told me that all I needed to do was call the store 5 days before my desired delivery date and they will deliver the set (I paid for delivery). Well I call more than 2 weeks in advance to set up delivery and they tell me that the bedroom set is out of stock until May 16, 2008. I'm moving into my first new home next weekend (March 22,2008) and will be 7 months pregnant and bedless!! Needless to say I called the store manager and he pretty much telling me there is nothing he can do. I can come pick something else out or cancel the order!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
