Enjoy Living Here!

I currently live at The Vinings and have for 3 years. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice. The pricing is average. A downside is that we have the vaulted ceilings and our electric bill in the summer is outragous!!! Don't get me wrong I love the vaulted ceiling and our apartment seems HUGE, but it is so hard to keep that big of a room cool in the summer the winter is not that bad. My husband and I have had bad exeriences with apartments and this is by far the best place we've lived. It's under new management and I haven't dealt with them but when ever I have problems they've always been right on it!

Very Bad Experience

We lived here for more than a year and it always seemed overpriced for the condition of the apartments and the grounds. Our experience with the management company here (Nexus) was nothing short of horrible despite the fact that we always paid rent on time and never had any issues. I can honestly say that my experience with their staff has been one of the most unprofessional and discourteous that I have ever had.
