TravelPro - "Dick's" What's in a name.... TravelPro rating 2/5 Stars. Poor staff training and painfully long lines outweigh selection benefits.
Poor selection, employees not helpful..
What can one say about a chain store? At least the prices are consistent. In the case of this particular location, though, I have to give a thumb's down. The employee staff is unhelpful; usually standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers who've entered the store. Ask a question and half the time, you'll get a smirk before they start walking towards the merchandise, expecting you to follow them (this isn't true of ALL of the employees there, but most, in my experience).
The selection is poor, especially clothes. The store seems to become increasing untidy throughout the day; show up just before closing and you'll find items lying around on the floor (you'll also find employees who are annoyed that you came in just before they closed).
Management needs to start paying attention, here.
